Students desirous of taking admission will have to follow the procedure given below.

• A Student has to fill in an Application Form for Admission in his/her own handwriting. Application Form is to be counter signed by Parent/Guardian and Shall be accompanied by the following documents. whenever eligible certificate obtain from Nagpur University.
• True Copy of the Mark sheet of the qualifying examination. b) True Copy of School/College Leaving Certificate, c) Migration Certificate where necessary, d) Concession Form or G.O.I. Scholarship Form if eligible.
• Six photos of passport size for various works of which is to be pasted on the specific forms as in the application form and the other is to be stapled/pinned with the application form -1 I-card, 1 Admission form, 1 Sch. form, 1 Renewal, 1 NSS, 1 NCC or Uni. Games & 2 Exam. form.
• Every application for admission shall have to be registered by paying a Non refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 20/- at the registration counter Registration of application does not guarantee admission.
• The last date for registration shall be 15 day from the announcement of the result of the qualifying examination No registration will be done after this date unless it is extended by the principal.
• Preference will be given to students passing qualifying examination from this college provided they apply for admission within the prescribed time. If the Regular Students of the College fails to apply for admission within the prescribed time he/she will forfeit his/her claim of admission.
• The Principal reserves the right to reject admission to any candidate provisionally selected for admission without assigning any reason.
• The students provisionally admitted will be required to deposit the entire amount of opening dues at the time of admission. The Student who fails to pay the dues shall forfeit his claim for admission.
• The Admission shall be treated as final only when the opening dues have been paid by the selected candidates and an entry to that effect has been made in the Identity Card which must be complete in all respects.
• Change of Medium or subject generally will be allowed at the time of admission; Strict action will be taken against a candidate who attempts to cheat the college.

Norms of Admission

• First Preference to the College Students - All the students of our college who have passed the qualifying examination in the preceding Univ./Board Examination shall be admitted out-right without any merit criterion if their record is satisfactory.
• Reservation of Seats: - As per Maharashtra State Govt's rule 24% seats in each class shall be reserved for the student belonging to S.C., ST., N.T., V.J., S.B.C., etc.
• Reservation of Seats for Ward of College Employees: - Wards of the college employees shall be admitted to any class of the College on preferential basis without any merit criterion provided they apply for admission within the prescribed date fixed by the college. The term ward includes son daughter brother and sister only.
• Open Merit Admission: - Students of other Schools and Colleges will be admitted strictly on merit basis.
• The following are the admission norms laid down by the Nagpur University and Nagpur Board. These norms prescribed shall be strictly followed while admitting the students to various classes.

Tution Fees & Term Fees

One Time Only B.A./B.Com. & B.Sc. Part I, II and III for Non-aided Rs. 5095/- and B.Sc. Part I, II, III. Rs. 5495/-& XIth & XIth Admission as per decided by D.E. 2500/- P.Y. 7% amount will be increase in tuition fees as for university circular as or when fees changes time to time will be declare by management.

• at the time of Admission tuition fees Payable For B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. I, II, III Classes.
• For availing any concession in fees the student has to submit necessary concession for (GO.I.) Scholarship, Freeship along with application from for admission.
• In case such a student is not granted the scholarship or concession, for any reason whatsoever, he/she shall pay to the college the full Tuition/Terms fees as per rules.

Hostel Admission

The DSWO planned to admit in the hostel who's already taken admission in the college Boys and Girls to give the facility but they should submit an application form with any fees but it is depended upon their merit list for S.C./ST/N.T./V.J./ S.B.C./O.B.C. caste category as per decided by this caste percentage.
